Color learning for a Kohonen SOM

This shows a Kohonen SOM during the learning of two categories of colors. You can see the noise from the starting state as well as some start of self-organized categorization.


This shows the same Map, after learning is done. You can see how the two categories are grouped, one at the bottom and the other at the top of the map. In between is a very sharp boundary.
